Maggie Cohen Botha is a Phoenix native who grew up in the Arcadia neighborhood. She attended All Saints Episcopal Day School and Xavier College Preparatory before earning a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Arizona. During her time at the University of Arizona, Maggie played on the Division 1 Women’s Tennis Team and was named Salutatorian for graduating student-athletes in 2018.

Maggie’s passion for real estate began at a young age, assisting her mother, Libby Cohen, with open houses. After transitioning from a career in special education, Maggie joined the real estate industry and quickly made her mark. In her first year, she exceeded expectations by selling four homes, proving her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
